Chris George
Director of Maintenance
Chris George, New World Aviation's Director of Maintenance, has been with the company since its inception. Chris has expansive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, specializing in FAR Part 135 and 145. He started with New World as the Chief Inspector; in this capacity he established New World as a Gulfstream, Challenger, Hawker, and Learjet FAR Part 145 repair station. Promoted to Director of Maintenance, Chris manages our extensive fleet of up to 20 aircraft and multiple maintenance technicians. Chris has vast knowledge and training on corporate aircraft, allowing him to manage the maintenance department in the safest and most effective manner.
Chris has been in the aviation industry for over 20 years, spending the majority of his career managing and maintaining various types of corporate aircraft. He began his career working with a top Fortune 500 Company, where he was introduced to the highest standards in aviation maintenance. Chris has attended numerous professional and technical courses, along with aircraft manufacturer's factory authorized training.
