Michael P. Dragun, SPHR is the Director of Human Resources and a Certified Senior Professional of Human Resource Management. He is responsible for all areas of Human Resources, and HR Internal Consulting. He is actively engaged in the process of aligning New World Aviation's Human Resources Practices and Business Strategies to meet changing demands and make NWA an employer of choice in the Aviation Charter and Managed Aircraft Industry.

Prior to joining New World Aviation, Mr. Dragun has worked in Human Resource Management as an HR Manager, and Safety Director including 7 years for a Fortune 300 firm. He was also employed as an Extension Programs Specialist for Rutgers University's Center for Management Development, where he designed several profitable training programs for various public and private sector companies while establishing partnerships with the University.

Mr. Dragun received his Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Rutgers in 1996, Mr. Dragun received his Undergraduate Degree in Labor Studies/Employment Relations from Rutgers University in 1994, Graduating with Highest Honors. He is also a trained Mediator through the NJ Court System and a Certified Senior Professional Member of The Society for Human Resource Management. Mr. Dragun volunteers his time as the Soccer Commissioner in his hometown in NJ and as a USA Hockey Certified Ice Hockey Coach in Bethlehem, PA
