Peter Konz
Chief Inspector
Peter Konz, New World Aviation's Chief Inspector, has been with the company since 2005. Peter also serves as New World's Accountable Manager for our FAA Certified Repair Station and leads New World's Safety Management System. Peter has been in the aviation industry for over 30 years and has acquired extensive knowledge of Federal Aviation Regulations, specializing in FAR Part 135 and 145. His training and familiarity of corporate aircraft ensures effective and efficient operation of the Inspection Department.
Peter's career began in the US Navy working on helicopters, and that experience led into other opportunities in corporate aviation maintenance, where he expanded his comprehension of Regulations, Safety, and Management. Throughout his 30 years in aviation, Peter has spent the majority of his career in supervisory inspection positions. Peter has attended numerous professional and technical courses, along with aircraft manufacturer's factory authorized training.
