Randy Kroschwitz
President & Chief Operating Officer

Appointed President & Chief Operating Officer for New World Aviation (NWA) in March of 2005, Mr. Kroschwitz is one of the
original 5 employees of NWA. His starting position as Director of Operations allowed him to work closely with the FAA for compliance
and safety to oversee the continued growth of the company from 1 aircraft to their current fleet of over 20 aircraft.
Mr. Kroschwitz aviation career began in the late 1970’s as a pilot. He holds an Airline Transport Certificate with over 13000
hours and has flown to over 70 countries worldwide. He holds type ratings in the Gulfstream II, III, IV, Lockheed Jetstar, and
the Lear Series. Having started flying the Gulfstream in 1986, Mr. Kroschwitz has logged more than 7500 hours in the mainstay
of their fleet.
Dean N. Browning
Chief Financial Officer
New World Aviation
Joining New World Aviation (NWA) as Chief Financial officer in May of 2000, Mr. Browning has been part of the team that has seen
NWA grow into a highly professional and customer service orientated air charter company that is second to none.
Mr. Browning has over 25 years of progressive experience and responsibility in a variety of key financial functions. Before
joining NWA, Mr. Browning held the position of Vice President, Finance for Harvel Plastics. Mr. Browning has a Masters of Science
in Industrial Management and Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology and a Bachelors of Science in Chemistry with Honors
from Denison University. Mr. Browning is a Certified Management Accountant.
Paul D. Schulte
Executive Vice President Sales
New World Aviation
Promoted to Executive Vice President Sales, Paul joined
New World Aviation in March, 2001 and has been instrumental in instituting procedures to support the vision for NWA to become a recognized
leader in the Aviation community. Paul leads a dedicated and highly experienced “sales team” whose mutual goal is to offer the finest in
customer services with quality aircraft in an effort to expand aircraft management opportunities and operations nationwide.
Paul is a mentor and recognized leader in the charter and aircraft management industry for more than 25 years. Paul has held positions of
Executive and Vice President Sales, NWA, Vice President Sales for Atlantic Aviation, and ExcelAire, and held positions as Vice President Sales,
Regional Sales Manager, Operations Manager, Dispatcher, Director of Quality Control, Forman and Lead Mechanic for Island/New York Helicopter
beginning in 1979. Mr. Schulte started his aviation carreer in the US Army as a Crew Chief on a Chinook helicopter with over 1500 flight hours
of service in Viet Nam. Paul has attended numerous professional and business related classes to further enhance his skills, knowledge and
dedication in the aviation industry. Paul truly has a passion for providing our charter and managed clients with unparrelled levels of service.
Michael P. Dragun, SPHR
Director of Human Resources
New World Aviation
Michael P. Dragun, SPHR is the Director of Human
Resources and a Certified Senior Professional of Human Resource Management. He is responsible for all areas of Human Relations, and
HR Internal Consulting. He is actively engaged in the process of aligning New World Aviation’s Human Resources Practices and Business
Strategies to meet changing demands and make NWA an employer of choice in the Aviation Charter and Managed Aircraft Industry.
Prior to joining New World Aviation, Mr. Dragun worked for fourteen years in Human Resource Management as an HR Manager, and Safety
Director including a Fortune 300 firm. He was also was employed as an Extension Programs Specialist for Rutgers University Center for
Management Development, where he designed several profitable training programs for various public and private sector companies while
establishing partnerships with the University.
Mr. Dragun received his Masters Degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from Rutgers in 1996, (3.8 GPA) Mr. Dragun received his
Undergraduate Degree in Labor Studies/Employment Relations from Rutgers University in 1994, Graduating with Highest Honors (3.9 GPA).
He is also a trained Mediator through the NJ Court System and a Certified Senior Professional Member of The Society for Human Resource
Management.
