President and Chief Operating Officer
Randy Kroschwitz has more than four decades of aviation experience. He began his aviation career as an Airline Transport Certified pilot in the late 1970’s logging more than 13,000 hours to more than 70 countries worldwide. Randy has held type ratings in Gulfstream, Lockheed Jetstar, and the Lear Series, logging more than 7,500 hours in the mainstay of the Gulfstream fleet.
In 1998, New World Aviation began as a start up Aviation Company with a vision and Randy was one the original five employees serving, initially, as Director of Operations working closely with the FAA for compliance and safety, and overseeing the continued fleet growth of the company from one to as many as 20 aircraft. In March of 2005, Randy was appointed President and Chief Operating Officer.
Originally from Hamilton, New Jersey, Randy currently resides in Lehigh Valley, PA with his wife of 16 years and two daughters. He is active in his church, and has held positions on the local school board and fundraising committees. Randy is also an avid golfer and enjoys a round or two in his spare time.
